Hailing from Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA, Tameka’s career began at a young age singing with the local gospel choir and from there her vocal talent progressed. Tameka has been involved in the music industry for many years, having worked with (and still is) some of the biggest names & producers around the world….thus making her no stranger to the music charts and airwaves as she has been featured on numerous dance labels. She has also worked with many internationally known artistes…including Janet Jackson on her European promotion tour for PEPSI. Tameka’s multi award winning tribute to Diana Ross (including National Tribute Music Awards UK’s Official No 1) has been a successful rollercoaster captivating audiences all over the world (and on sea). Tameka covers a wide range of The Supremes & Diana Ross’ material flawlessly, with a clear respect and admiration for Diana’s work, talent, and entire career. Tameka's stunning costumes and methodical vocals make her one of the best in the business. She is the only tribute to the queen of Motown that has received Miss Ross’s stamp of approval. Her shows exude class and sophistication. Tameka is the very essence that is.....Diana
