Accessibility 

Entrances

We have two accessible entrances to the venue:

1.       To the left of the front of the building, with a ramp access to the ground floor.

2.       At the rear of the building next to the car park.

Both entrances are signposted.

Auditorium

The ground floor is home to our auditorium with spaces for wheelchair users. Please request use of these spaces when booking your tickets over the phone or alternatively you can book them online by selecting spaces on row FH.

The front stalls are all on the ground floor level.

The rear stalls are located on raked seating. There are a total of 6 steps in this area.

Toilets

There are two accessible toilets located on the ground floor for customers. These are signposted.

There is one accessible toilet located backstage, with lift access.

Baby Changing Facilities

Baby changing facilities are located in the ground floor accessible toilet, located nearest the auditorium doors. This is signposted.

Refreshments

The box office, bar and coffee shop are all located on the ground level.

Balcony

There are 27 steps to reach the balcony. We do not have a lift available to access the balcony area.

All toilets, bars, coffee shop and box office are located on the ground floor.

Parking

Our car park is located at the rear of the building, with space for 33 cars including 3 spaces for blue badge holders.

Languages
We have a bilingual staff and volunteer team here at the Stiwt. Welsh speaking staff and stewards will wear a Welsh language badge.

Assistance Dogs
Assistance dogs are welcome into The Stiwt. Please call the box office if you wish to make any specific seating arrangements.

Relaxed Performances

Our relaxed performances have been designed and adapted to welcome audiences who may benefit from a more relaxed environment or may find a typical theatre experience overwhelming.

Relaxed performances may suit people with learning difficulties, autism or sensory communication disorders. Although anyone who may benefit is welcome.
